Do you have a physical store?
No. Our website is our only platform at this time.
Do you have a size chart?
Yes! There is a size chart for each product needed in the description area of the product page.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, We will email you your tracking information. If you have a Digital Rawness customer account with us, it can be within your account information within your order history.
I placed an order but never received a confirmation email.
- If you do not receive an email from Digital Rawness within a few hours of placing your order, be sure to check your spam folder. Alternatively, the email address entered may have misspelled.
- To check your orders, log into your Digital Rawness account and select the "Order History" option to review your order history.
- If you are still unable to locate the confirmation email for your order, please contact us by emailing DigitalRawness.com.
What is the address to return items?
At the moment, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
How do I unsubscribe from your emails and newsletters?
To unsubscribe, go to the bottom of our emails, and you will see an "Unsubscribe" link.
How long does shipping take?
If you have ordered with express shipping, please note: when ordering with express shipping, please know that your package will ship out in 1-2 business days.

- Digital Rawness products are custom designed and made with items that take up to 10-15 business days to create, not including weekends or holidays before shipping will go out.
- If you have ordered with standard ground shipping, please allow 1-5 business days for your order to process and ship.
- If you are an international order, please allow 6-10 business days for your order to process and ship.
What is your returns policy?
- At the moment, we do not accept returns are exchanges. We will have the services refunded in the form of store credit for all valid returns soon.
- All sale items, accessories, bodysuits, and swimwear are final sale and cannot apply for store credit.

Shipping & Delivery

Digital Rawness utilizes multiple order shipping methods. We ship anywhere in the world from our fulfillment facilities. Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed after the requires 10-15 days for your custom product(s) to be made and processed. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. Orders received on Federal Holidays will begin processing on the next business day regardless of day or time. All orders are shipped via significant shipping companies USPS, UPS, and FedEx. To track your order at any time, you'll be able to use your Tracking number provided by the shipping company chosen to provide services. PLEASE NOTE: Delivery times may EXCLUDE the weekends; USPS does not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays.

Digital Rawness does not guarantee specific delivery times. Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on the product creation process, order processing time, and the shipping address's distance from our fulfillment facilities' locations. We try to be as accurate as possible. Digital Rawness is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We ask you to check with the delivery service to see if they may help with the issue at hand.
Orders over $100 may require a signature at the time of delivery.
International customers may be required to pay import or duty fees to their local customs. Digital Rawness is not responsible for fees or taxes imposed by the customers' local government.
