OUR RETURN POLICY 

Our policy lasts a week from the delivery date. If this week has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a store credit. We do not do refunds or exchanges. We will gladly issue you store credit in the form of an e-card to the email address on file. Store Credit can be used immediately and never expires.

To be eligible for store credit, your item must be defective or damaged. We do not accept worn, washed, altered sale items, accessories, Activewear & swimsuits. When returning, we recommend using a trackable service such as USPS flat-rate shipping. Please also remember that you are responsible for returning shipping charges.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

When shopping, keep in mind:

  • Size chart
  • Details in description
  • Suggestions for sizing (item runs small or large)
  • Model size and Measurements

Additional non-returnable items: 

  • Gift E-cards, Store Credit E-Cards
  • Downloadable software products 
  • Personal care items, Sanitary items (such as Face Mask)

 

To complete your credit, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. And Photos of the issues justify the reason for return. Sent to us at DigitalRawness@gmail.com to process your claim. Please send your purchase back to the address on the delivery label you.

Please note: all final sale items are not returnable and cannot apply for store credit.

Please send your purchase back to the address on the delivery label.

Store Credit (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit. 

If you are approved, we will process your store credit, and the credit will automatically be available to you for online purchases within a certain amount of days.

Late Store Credit Processing (if applicable) 

If you have not received a store credit yet, first recheck your store customer account. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

If you have done all of this and still have not received your credit yet, please contact us at digitalrawness@gmail.com.

Sale items (if applicable) 

Sale items cannot be credited for store credit; Store Credit can apply only regular priced items for store credit; unfortunately, sale items cannot be credited.

Shipping 

  • To return your product, you should mail your product to the mailing address on the package.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a Store Credit, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your credit.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

PROCESSING

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Customers can only use online Store Credit online at DigitalRawness.com.
  • If any purchase amounts exceed the online store credit value, the purchase will require an additional payment method for the remaining balance due.
  • Online Store credit never expires.
  • Online Store credit is provided in U.S. Dollars.
