Returns
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
unfortunately, we cannot offer you a store credit. We do not do refunds or exchanges. We will gladly issue you store credit in the form of an e-card to the email address on file. Store Credit can be used immediately and never expires.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not accept worn, washed, altered sale items, accessories, Activewear & swimsuits. When returning, we recommend using a trackable service such as USPS flat-rate shipping. Please also remember that you are responsible for returning shipping charges.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at DigitalRawness@gmail.com.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically refund your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product, with RMA number and copy of the receipt, to:

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
